What is a Powerflush ?
A Powerflush is a cleansing process for your boiler which removes any dirt, sludge, rust and debris that may have accumulated within your system over time. If these substances are left in your heating system, they could cause blockages or corrosion and ultimately reduce the efficiency of your boiler – they could even eventually lead to a breakdown.
What is a Magnacleanse?
The MagnaCleanse system flush is the process of clearing your system of those harsh, unwanted materials. It cleans your entire system of magnatite debris – providing consistent protection to your pipes and boiler.
Any sludgy residue is quickly collected from your system for easy disposal.
This will ensure your system will stay as new as possible – for as long as possible. Protection for when it matters most.

What is the process?
A Powerflush uses a specialised pump, a chemical is circulated through your radiators, pipes and boiler at a high velocity. This flushes out and disperses any potentially inhibiting deposits and thus allows water to flow freely throughout your system.
A Magnacleanse uses the existing system pump to circulate the chemical through your radiators, pipes and boiler. Two cylinders containing high powered magnets are connected in line to the heating system and as the water passes through, any magnatite debris and sludge is collected.
A a high frequency vibration is applied to each radiator, which loosens deposits for easy removal.
Once finished, the engineer will add an anti corrosion inhibitor to protect your central heating system in future years. It will prevent internal corrosion and deterioration, sludge formation and scale deposition.
A water sample is taken from the heating system before and after the procedure, to show our customers exactly what they are paying for.
A certificate is issued for powerflushing.
Magnacleanse v Powerflush ?
A Powerflush can deliver exceptional flow rates around your heating system. A pump which also has a reverse flow action, ensures maximum effect. Any debris in the system is collected in the reservoir and dumped via a drain.
A Magnacleanse uses the existing heating system pump so will circulate at a much lower velocity. However, any magnatite debris in the system, will be removed from the system by using the high powered magnets.

Why Magnacleanse or Powerflush?
If a flush isn’t carried out as and when it needs to be, the water in your boiler will eventually be contaminated with rust and other unwanted elements. Over time, the rust, debris, and dirt will turn into a ‘sludge’ like substance – preventing your system from functioning as well as it should.
Benefits of a Powerflush or Magnacleanse?
✔ To improve radiator performance and heat output
✔ To extend the life of the boiler
✔ To avoid costly repairs, breakdowns and call-out charges
✔ To validate the boiler warranty
✔ To reduce fuel bills and save money
✔ We can also offer a thermal imaging service to show our customers the heat being produced by your radiators and how a powerflush will benefit
